4 Capital Virement to Enable Street Scene to Purchase Vehicle and Deliver Bins

RESOLVED: that Members approve an increase in the Street Scene capital budget of £28,000 and a corresponding decrease in the capital budget for Waste Bins.
5 UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Rural England Prosperity Fund 2025/26 - Proposed Allocation of Funding

RESOLVED: that Cabinet approve: 

A) the allocation of £6,076 UKSPF to Bilbrook Parish Council to fund the installation of 4 solar powered CCTV cameras in 4 separate locations in the village

B) the allocation of £17,025.49 UKSPF to Bilbrook Parish Council to fund the resurfacing of Bilbrook Village Hall car-park.

C) the allocation of £2,450 UKSPF to South Staffordshire Narrowboat Company to fund an update to their website and online booking system.

D) the allocation of £9,107.40 REPF to HGD Contracting Ltd, operating as Tiddly Tales, to assist in establishing an accessible 
educational outdoor learning space on their existing farm in Lower Penn.

E) the allocation of £15,000 to South Staffordshire Council, from the previously agreed indicative allocations, to convert 
office space in the Community Hub into co-working space with wraparound support, for small businesses requiring short-term office accommodation.
