RESOLVED: that Members note the report. 
5 Outcome of Consultation on Changes to Taxi Licensing Conditions, Policy and Guidelines
Report of the Head of Taxi Licensing, City of Wolverhampton Council

RESOLVED: that Members:

A) Approve the proposed changes to the Guidelines on Fitness and Propriety.

B) Approve the proposed changes to the Private Hire Driver Licence conditions.

C) Approve the proposed changes to the Private Hire Vehicle Licence conditions.

D) Approve the proposed changes to the Private Hire Vehicle Operator Licence conditions.

E) Approve the proposed changes to the Hackney Carriage Licence conditions.

F) Approve the proposed ultralow emission vehicle policy.

G) Approve the proposed removal of internal licence plates in Hackney Carriages.

H) Note that a review of other licensing authorities’ ultralow emission vehicle policy will be presented to the Committee in 2028.
