Councillor R Reade nominated V Wilson be to be elected as Chairman of the Lottery Advisory Panel. This was seconded by Councillor M Lawrence

Councillor Rita Heseltine declared an interest in the Perton Brownies application as a letter of support had been sent from the Parish Council, Councillor Victoria Wilson declared an interest in Halfpenny Green Air Scouts and therefore did not participate in the discussion regarding their application
