RESOLVED: that the minutes of the Licensing Sub-Committee meeting of 2 April 2025 be approved and signed by the Chairman.

RESOLVED: that the Licensing Sub-Committee grant the application and adopt the proposed amendments at Appendix I of the agenda pack, save for the following alterations:

(a) Outside licensable activities are permitted to take place between 9am and 9pm on Monday to Thursday inclusive; 9am to 11pm Friday to Saturday inclusive; and, 9am to 10pm on Sunday, save where a bank holiday falls on the following day, in which case outdoor licensable activities may take place between 9am to 11pm.

(b) To hold a maximum of 7 days of outdoor licensable events between 20th March and 30th September inclusive, with the exception of the annual bonfire night which is traditionally held during the first two weeks of November.

(c) In addition to the Event Management Plan (“EMP”)/Risk Assessment (“RA”) being provided to Staffordshire Police Force Events Unit and South Staffordshire Council Licensing and Environmental Health, the Premises Licence Holder must provide a copy of the EMP and RA to the clerk to Lower Penn Parish Council for dissemination/advertisement to local residents.
