RESOLVED: that Members:

a) approve the further allocation of UKSPF of £90,416.74 to South Staffordshire Council to fund improvements to a further section of the South Staffordshire Railway Walk in Wombourne.

b) approve the UKSPF Residual allocations of £36,000 to the Wolverhampton Chiropractic Clinic in Bilbrook to improve the safety and security of their car-park, and £17,375.39 to Bilbrook Allotments to improve the accessibility of the allotments to users.

c) should there be a request for any additional works on the two walks, and if there are no alternative approved bids by 1 March 2025, then Cabinet approve any unallocated funding can be allocated for the walks as long as can be utilised by 31 March 2025.  

d) approve the REPF allocations of £13,320 to Brewood Cricket Club to improve their toilet facilities, including the provision of a new disabled toilet, and £9,681 to the Victory Hall Management Committee for resurfacing the village hall car-park in Lower Penn.
