RESOLVED: that the minutes of the Licensing Sub Committee meeting of 13 November 2024 be approved and signed by the Chairman.

RESOLVED: that after review of the application the below conditions be implemented:
a) that South Staffordshire Council Licensing Team and the residents are made aware of outdoor events and entertainment as and when they are booked.
b) a phone number be provided to contact the Designated Premises Supervisor.
c) the Premises is to provide appropriate staff training to ensure that noise complaints are properly recorded and dealt with appropriately.
d) the Premises licence holder and Designated Premises Supervisor shall prepare, to the satisfaction of Environmental Health, a noise management plan in respect of which the Premises will comply.

To resolve that the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items on the grounds that they are likely to involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) to the Local Government Act 1972.
