RESOLVED: that Cabinet approve;

(A) the REPF allocations of £3,196.91 to Kinver Parish Council for a CCTV upgrade at the Edward Marsh Centre, and £12,466 to Kinver Edge Farm Shop for the installation of new accessible toilet facilities and the purchase of an air cushion for the children’s play area.

(B) the UKSPF Residual allocations of £14,700 to the Chill Out Clubs to continue youth club provision in Huntington, Penkridge, Codsall and Cheslyn Hay, and £43, 750 to South Staffordshire Council the refurbishment of the fitness suite changing rooms and the installation of a new pool hoist.

RESOLVED: that Cabinet;

(A) approve the report together with the draft Medium-Term Financial Strategy (Appendix 1), revenue estimates and capital programme for the 2025/26 budget for consultation with stakeholders. In particular:

(B) note the Section 25 Statement (Appendix 2), updated draft MTFS position and the revised revenue estimates for 2024/25 and 2025/26;

(C) support the revised Capital Programme;

(D) support that the minimum level of general fund reserves is maintained at £1.5m;

(E) note that the Leader of the Council be authorised to make any necessary amendments to include any late information or to correct any errors or omissions.
