RESOLVED: that Members of the Licensing and Regulatory Committee:
a) Approve the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy at Appendix 1.
b) Note the report fo the revised Equality Analysis at Appendix 2 and positive implementation of changes to policies.
c) Approve the restriction of acceptance of driving licenses for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver licenses to those issued by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency.
d) Approve a six week consultation on category M1 vehicles with one passenger door as Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Licenses.

Councillor Allen stated she had an interest in this item due to her ownership of a mobile home. Councillor Allen’s mobile home is located in Pembrokeshire and therefore her declaration did not constitute either a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest or an other interest requiring her to leave the room and not take part in the voting on this item.
RESOLVED: Members approved the revised Mobile Homes Act Fees Policy, including the proposed fee structure.
