RESOLVED: That the Overview and Scrutiny Committee agree the overall revised approach in principle for dealing with the most problematic long term empty properties, as identified by the empty property working group, specifically to support the principle of exploring the use of legal action to permanently bring these properties back into use. If the revised approach is supported, the budgetary implications will be investigated further.

10 Key Decision - OneAdvanced E-Financials Contract Renewal Decision

RESOLVED: That the Overview and Scrutiny Committee support the Key Decision of the Leader of the Council to renew the contract of the OneAdvanced E-Financials system with associated modules for a five year period from April 2025 and to additionally to move the system to a cloud based solution.
11 Key Decision - Codsall Community Hub Cleaning Contract

RESOLVED: That the Overview and Scrutiny Committee:

(a) support the Key Decision of the Deputy Leader of the Council to extend the Shared Service Cleaning Contract with Telford and Wrekin Council for services at Codsall Community Hub annually for a maximum of 3 years;

(b) to delegate authority to the Assistant Director Commercial Assets and Estates to award all necessary documents in connection with the Shared Service Agreement;

(c) to delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Governance to execute all documents necessary in connection with the Shared Service Agreement.
