RESOLVED: that Members approve the Community Wellbeing and Partnership Officer in conjunction with Staffordshire Police to commence the preparation of the documentation for the preferred option of the Public Spaces Protection Order including the collection of data from Staffordshire Police, appropriate public consultation and written communications to residents and the installation of signage for the Section 59 enforcement.
