Councillor B Cope declared a non-pecuniary, non-registerable interest in item 23.00883/FULM due to his position as Chairman of Shareshill Parish Council. He spoke as the Ward Member but took no part in the debate or voted. The Vice Chairman, Councillor Duncan took the chair for consideration of this item.

Steven Gough (Firstway Solar) spoke in support of the application.
Ward Member, Councillor Cope said that his previous concerns had been addressed.
RESOLVED: that the application be APPROVED subject to the conditions set out in the Planning Officers report. 

24/00430/VAR – FORMER COMMUNITY SUPPORT UNIT, 156 WALSALL ROAD, GREAT WYRLEY, WALSALL, WS6 6NQ – APPLICANT – ANDEEP GILL (MACC GROUP) – PARISH – GREAT WYRLEY
Andeep Gill spoke in support of the application. 
Ward Member, Councillor Jackson was concerned about tree thinning and noted the landscaping proposed as a condition of approval.
RESOLVED: that subject to the agreed Section 106 agreement under the Town and Country Planning Act (as amended), to secure contributions/planning obligations as set out in the Planning Officers report, the application be APPROVED subject to the conditions set out in the Planning Officers report.
