Spencer Jefferies (Conrad Energy Ltd) (applicant) spoke for the application.

RESOLVED: that the application be APPROVED subject to conditions set out in the Planning Officers report, be delegated to the Development Team Manager to issue decision on completion of a Naturespace district license.

RESOLVED: That subject to S106, APPROVAL be delegated to the Development Team Manager to issue decision on completion of a unilateral undertaking in respect of Cannock Chase SAC and further to no objections that raise material Planning concerns not outlined in this report.
