Dr Neel Barchha (neighbour) spoke against the application.

Mrs Bal Dhanoa (applicant) spoke for the application.

Ward Member, Councillor V Wilson spoke against the application as she believed it represented intrusion in a residential area.

The Planning Officer explained that the proposed development would be identical in size to a previous planning application granted on the site.

RESOLVED That the application be APPROVED subject to the conditions set out in the Planning Officer’s report.
