RESOLVED: that Members agreed the governance for allocation of Community and Wellbeing funding.

RESOLVED: that Members approved the new allocation of UKSPF to the Edward Marsh Centre, Kinver and confirm the previously agreed allocation of funding for the improvement of Open Spaces to this Council, for the open space improvements set out in the report.
