RESOLVED: that the Overview and Scrutiny Committee
a)
support the report together with the draft Medium-Term Financial Strategy (MTFS), revenue estimates and capital programme for the 2024/25 budget for consultation with stakeholders. In particular:
b)
note the updated draft MTFS position and the revised revenue estimates for 2023/24 and 2024/25;
c)
note the reconciliation for the previous approved MTFS to the updated draft MTFS;
d)
support the revised capital programme;
e)
support that the minimum level of general fund reserves is maintained at £1.5m;

RESOLVED: that the Overview and Scrutiny Committee note the content of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Rural England Prosperity Fund report and the progress made to date.
