RESOLVED: that Councillor B Bond be elected as Chairman of the Sub-Committee.

Following advice from the Deputy Monitoring Officer to a number of Members (all of whom knew Members of the relevant Parish Councils but did not have a relationship with any Member that would give rise to a personal or prejudicial interest) there were no declarations of interest.
