RESOLVED that the application be APPROVED subject to Unilateral Undertaking for the Cannock Chase SAC payment; to the conditions set out in the Planning Officer’s report and incorporating the amendments set out in the Additional Information list:
- The application site measures approximately 900 sq.m and consists of a square piece of agricultural land adjacent to Micklewood Lane. The site is part of a wider landholding consisting of equestrian and agricultural uses and there are a range of buildings and a menage built in a linear arrangement to the rear of the site.
- I therefore conclude that this dwelling complies with the criteria set out within Policy EV8.
